Congratulations! We reached the half way point to 2017! So far in 2017, HGR has completed 28 projects, with many more slated for completion in the second half of the year. In addition to our goals we have set for our projects, the HGR family also set some goals to be our Healthiest Selves and we are well on our way to achieve those goals with the support of each other.
In January, we were proud to announce the turnover/grand opening of our first Rooms to Go in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Now in June, we are yet again proud to announce the turnover and grand opening of our second Rooms To Go in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The Murfreesboro store is located an hour from Nashville and is 39,624 sq ft. The project team consisted of Tim and Mary Pehonsky who kicked the job off for Dave O’Brien, while he finished up the Baton Rouge location. Upon finishing the Baton Rouge location, Dave took over the project as lead superintendent. Other project team members consisted of Kevin Cherrington, Project Manager, Matt M i n te r, Senior Project Manager, Kandis Laughary, Expediter and Louie Akel, Principal. The architect on this project was Casco out of St. Louis, MO.
HGR Construction held an open house for our employees, family, and clients on July 13th to celebrate our first year at our Montgomery Place location. This event allowed office employees and clients to put names with faces of people we work with every day, and showcase or office which we are so very proud of. With such a great turnout we have decided to make this a yearly event and we look forward to seeing you next time!
